Flexible 1-Bedrooms: Next Generation Cupertino Apartments Are Here

Flexible 1-bedroom apartments in Cupertino with NanaWall sliding doors
A skylight that opens with the touch of a button. Customizable closets, perfect for an oversize shoe collection. NanaWalls® that provide the openness of a studio with the privacy of a separate bedroom.

Meet Prometheus’s next-generation apartment homes at The Biltmore in Cupertino.

The design of these flexible 1-bedrooms centers on innovative NanaWalls®. Slide them out to create a separate bedroom, then tuck them away when not needed.

Renters are increasingly looking to maximize their space. Although temporary “pressure” walls have been popular in urban areas like New York City for years, they’re not practical (or safe) on the West Coast due to seismic concerns and code requirements. But the flexible walls at Biltmore are different – they’re pre-installed and 100% approved.

Completed in September 2016, Biltmore’s flex homes sit directly above the Neighborhood’s new recreation center – providing them elite access to the new fitness center, pool and clubhouse. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in ample natural light (which flows into the bedroom even when the NanaWall® is opened), and select homes even have remote-controlled skylights. And all homes feature a luxe kitchen, smart NEST® thermostat and configurable Elfa® closet system.

Even though these apartments were just built, only a few are still available. The Biltmore leasing office is at 10159 South Blaney Avenue in Cupertino. Call 866.402.7431 for more information.
